This SMS program is operated by DORA Technologies LLC (Voorhees, New Jersey), which provides the DORA dispatch platform to ground-transportation operators. Messages are sent by DORA Technologies LLC on behalf of the operator you work for (your employer or contracting company).
SMS notifications are sent only to employed and contracted drivers, dispatchers, and operations staff of the operators using the DORA dispatch platform, and to airline crew members who personally request trip information during a dispatch phone call. We do not send marketing or promotional messages, and we never message the general public.
Drivers and operations staff provide written consent on a paper consent form as part of their employment or contractor onboarding; the signed form is retained by the operator and their mobile number is then added to their dispatch profile in the DORA portal by the operator's administrator. Airline crew members opt in verbally on a per-request basis by asking our dispatch assistant to text them their trip details; a single message is sent per request.
Operational dispatch notifications only: trip assignment reminders, schedule and pickup time changes, driver engagement reminders, dispatch escalation alerts, and requested trip details. Message frequency varies with flight and trip activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Messages are sent from toll-free number +1 (855) 799-5631 and local numbers operated by DORA Technologies LLC. HELP contact: robert@allianceaircrewalb.com.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts; you will receive a single confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact your dispatch office. Staff may also ask their manager or the operator's administrator to disable SMS alerts for their profile at any time.
